4 Ingredient Coconut Cream Truffles
- 1/3 cup (125ml) coconut cream
- 1 cup (120g) shredded coconut
- 200g white chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbs. (15g) butter
Heat cream and 3/4 cup of coconut to a simmer.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate.
Let mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
Add butter and stir to combinee all the ingredients.
Cover and chill for 3 hours.
Roll the mixture with a teaspoon into balls and then in the remaining coconut to coat.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours serving
